The Beginning
Founded by the Northern family, our motel opened its doors as Potsdam's first family-run hospitality destination. With just 8 rooms and a vision for authentic North Country welcome, we began our legacy of making travelers feel at home — warm hospitality through every season.
Expansion Era
As Clarkson University and SUNY Potsdam grew, so did we. Expanding to 14 rooms and adding our signature efficiency units, we became the preferred choice for university visitors, families, autumn leaf-peepers, and North Country explorers.
